FREEZE DRIED COFFEE

In this method, coffee extract is frozen at approximately –40°C and cut
into small granules. These frozen pieces are then gently dried under low
temperatures and vacuum conditions, preserving the coffee’s aroma
and flavor with remarkable depth.
