Pour Over
Heat water to 92-96°C and rinse filter
Add 25g medium-fine ground coffee
Pour 50ml water, bloom for 30 seconds
Pour remaining water in circular motions
French Press
Heat water to 93-96°C
Add 30g coarse ground coffee to press
Pour 360ml hot water, stir gently
Steep 4 minutes, then press down slowly
Espresso
Grind 18g coffee beans finely
Distribute and tamp evenly
Extract 36g in 25-30 seconds
Serve immediately for best flavor
Cold Brew
Coarsely grind 100g coffee beans
Combine with 800ml cold water
Steep 12-24 hours at room temperature
Strain through fine filter, serve over ice
AeroPress
Insert filter and rinse with hot water
Add 17g fine-medium ground coffee
Pour 240ml water, stir for 10 seconds
Press down slowly over 30 seconds
V60
Rinse V60 filter with hot water
Add 22g medium-fine ground coffee
Bloom with 50ml water for 30 seconds
Pour in stages to 350ml total
